As a transition economy, Romania must make important efforts to become
integrated into and adapt to the global digital economy. Some of the current
problems which hinder the development of e-commerce on large scale are presented
here. A technique based on Parker's information economics is suggested for
e-commerce evaluation. By organising and publishing related information on a web
site, we intend to create an opportunity for the Romanian public to become more
aware regarding IT/IS evaluation in general, and e-commerce evaluation in
particular. |
