Many IT evaluation methods have been developed so far, however, few of them are
actually being used in practice. This article gives an overview of behavioural
theory on decision making and argues that integration of behavioural theory in
IT evaluation methods is an essential prerequisite before IT evaluation methods
actually will be used. |
