ABSTRACT

In this paper, a theoretical model is constructed as a process, where three levels of evaluation are considered over time: the IS/IT level; the individual level, and the organizational level by the study of the organizational changes. The whole process is integrated among the organizational and strategic context and the context of development and use. This model has been applied in an in depth field study conducted over 17 months and related to a DataWarehouse implementation project in a financial institution.

Key words
