The papers in this issue of the Electronic Journal of
Information System Evaluation were first presented at the Tenth European
Conference on Information Technology Evaluation. This Conference was
held in September 2003 in the excellent facilities of the Instituto de
Empressa in Madrid. The tenth anniversary of the conference and the
beauty of Madrid inspired many participants.
This inspiration also shows in the selected papers in this special
conference issue. The papers intend to push IT evaluation further in
quite a number of directions. I hope the papers will also inspire you in
your research or in attending one of the subsequent
European
IT Evaluation Conferences.
